Terms of Delivery
Delivery takes place 2 weeks after you have placed your order. All goods shipped by us remain our property until they are paid for in full and are therefore subject to explicit reservation of title. If you are a first-time customer of VON JETZT, then we will ship your order once we have received your payment.
Shipment Costs
Germany
Delivery is free of charge if the value of goods in your order exceeds €150. Otherwise, we charge a fixed delivery fee of €6.90 for shipments under 31 kg, and a fixed delivery fee of €13.90 for shipments over 31 kg.
Countries within the EU / Zone 1
Delivery is free of charge if the value of goods in your order exceeds €350. Otherwise, we charge a fixed delivery fee of €15.00 for shipments up to 5 kg. The delivery charge for shipments over 5 kg is by arrangement - we will always do our best to find the best-value shipping method for you.
Countries within the EU / Zone 2
Delivery is free of charge if the value of goods in your order exceeds €550. Otherwise, we charge a fixed delivery fee of €30.00 for shipments up to 5 kg. The delivery charge for shipments over 5 kg is by arrangement - we will always do our best to find the best-value shipping method for you.
International / Zone 3 und 4
Fixed delivery fee up to 5 kg (max.) €42.00. The delivery charge for shipments over 5 kg is by arrangement - we will always do our best to find the best-value shipping method for you.
